In Africa's context, complexities of socio-cultural systems, governance and policy failure, social media dominance, external and internal pressures, growing population with associated livelihoods and wellbeing vulnerabilities are experiences with tendencies for eroding post-adjustment development gains and hope of sustainable society and business futures.

These realities necessitate dialogue on sustainable solutions through collective actions, socio-cultural reforms and innovations designed to shape Africa's sustainability trajectories and development agenda which assure restoration and progress for Africa's people and places in the 21^st century.
